Welcome to SymplTC.com! I'm a licensed REALTOR® and Transaction Coordinator. I have been in the real estate industry for over 5 years. My background spans 30 years in the service industry where I held various leadership roles. Today, I use these skills to assist fellow real estate professionals.
When I am not working on Sympl TC, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family and friends. Our blended family consists of 5 adult children, their spouses and 8 grand babies! We gather whenever possible for Sunday dinners, holidays and birthdays and I wouldn’t change a thing!
I began Sympl TC with the idea that I could best serve agents leverage their business by lightening their load and freeing up their time so they can cultivate leads and grow their business.
On average, completing a file can take anywhere from 15-20 hours. Those are hours agents can spend building and networking. My goal is to ensure the success of every transaction by making sure paperwork is complete, deadlines are met and files are compliant. My commitment to our clients is to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
